At Seat of Wisdom, we structure our school calendar around the liturgical calendar, and we work to incorporate as many liturgical celebrations into the school year as we can. Last year, for example, we observed and celebrated Michaelmas (Sept), Our Lady of the Rosary (October), All Saints’ (October/November), Epiphany (January), Mardi Gras (February), St. Patrick and St. Joseph (March), finishing the year with a May Crowning (May), and of course, our traditional celebration featuring a blessed bonfire for St. John’s Eve (June).
